Sarah Gabriel is an educator, speaker, author, organizational artist and socially conscious entrepreneur. Through all these roles, the common thread has always been “Agent of Change.”
 
For 25 years, using skills of intuition, critical thinking and the creative process, Sarah has consulted with hundreds of individuals and organizations—
from start-up non-profits to the Fortune 500—helping them face the challenges of growth and change.
 
She is the author of “The Wellness Calendar” - weekly tips on stress management, communications, nutrition and exercise, and the newly published Unexpected Intimacy - Everyday Connections that Nourish the Soul.
 
 
Sarah has a degree in business from The Wharton School and a Masters degree from Temple University  in Psychoeducational Processes - an interdisciplinary program of Education, Psychology, Sociology and Human Development. She was born and raised in Philadelphia and has lived in Colorado since 1991.
